I founded LEARNING CULTURE in 2012 with a focus on designing modern ecosystems that flex and transform to deliver strategic outcomes in a complex and unpredictable world. My work is systemic, human-centred and bespoke. I apply a curation of disciplines, principles, systems thinking, an original blend of applied intelligence, sense-making, practical experience, wisdom, with a dash of experimentation, intuition and imagination. Underpinned by inclusive collaboration and modern governance architecture that pushes decision making down and accountability up and across the organization.
I help leaders to view their organization within an ecosystem and gain perspective across interconnected dimensions to understand the forces at play that can unwittingly create tension or identify opportunities. It provides leaders with a process to inform decision-making at multiple levels so they can continue to architect and shape the dynamics in real time.
