The place to centre leadership always starts with the leader.  Leadership happens in the present and transformation comes from within.  It's an evolution of who I am now.   

I take a holistic approach to leadership transformation and shift naturally between the roles of executive coach, mentor, facilitator, sounding board and more.  Leaders are encouraged to act and think differently, and explore alternative perspectives that shift paradigms, and open new pathways to success.
