I have synthesized over 20 years of experience and tacit knowledge intuiting at the leading edge of human dynamics and systems transformation into a formula that rapidly accelerates an organization's capacity to adapt, innovate and transform. 

I am a transformation catalyst with a passion for creating collaborative environments where people align to what matters and connect to share knowledge and address big issues.  A special focus is being human in an AI world.

As an innovative business leader I am energized by the global leadership challenge to evolve and transform while balancing short-term exigencies to stay vital and perform.

I partner with leaders to help create the conditions necessary to deliver on promised outcomes.
